I feel like a lot of times we look for support and validation outside of ourselves.

We want the best coaches.

We want our friends and family to be on our side.

Basically, we want validation and reassurance.

Now, I fully believe that coaches are valuable. They offer insight, guidance and sometimes healing that we just can’t get or do on our own.

That’s not what I’m talking about.

I’m talking about when we already know what needs to be done. When we know, deep down inside, what to do. And we keep on hiring coaches, keep buying the next group program or mastermind.

Those are all bullshit excuses and distractions. We keep investing in them, thinking we need more when all we really need is to truly believe in ourselves.

Cause that’s the reality isn’t it?

If we get really honest, all that searching for more information and more support, it’s because we don’t reay believe we can do it. So we search for more support and more guidance. We tell ourselves we need the help.

But none of that is going to be the big answer.

Bottom line, we need to support ourselves. We’re not going to find it outside of us.

It really comes down to believing in yourself. No one is going to believe in you if you don’t. Sure they might a little, but that doesn’t matter in the long run. YOU need to believe in yourself.

You need to know, deep down, that you can reach your goals.

You can be the leader or the successful coach.

You can influence hundreds or thousands.

You can sell out programs and packages.

All of that is within you. You can have whatever you want.

I heard once that God doesn’t give us dreams we can’t attain. And I believe it. Why would He (or the Universe or Source, whatever your word is) put these thoughts and aspirations in our minds if it wasn’t available in our reality?

It can be reality. But it starts with believing in yourself.
